FORT GREENE — Bring your appetite.

Gotham Market at the Ashland will be serving up a host of new food options when the food hall opens Thursday night at 250 Ashland Place.

The 16,000-square-foot hall features bites from seven permanent vendors, as well as a pop-up spot for local chefs.

Dining options include three new spots from Dinosaur BBQ founder John Stage: brick-oven pizza place Apizza Regionale, coffee and breakfast spot Egg at the Bird, and the market’s centerpiece Bar Granger.

Apizza Regionale will serve up Italian lunch and dinner options such as pizza, sandwiches, house-made mozzarella and charcuterie.

Bar Granger will pour hand-crafted cocktails and wines by the glass or the bottle.

And Egg at the Bird — which is slated to open in early spring — will serve breakfast sandwiches, granola, frittatas and house-made breads and pastries, along with coffee from Williamsburg roaster Devoción.

The food hall’s other vendors include rotisserie-chicken joint Flip Bird and Southern comfort-food spot Mason Jar

An “MJ Station” kiosk will serve Mason Jar’s signature barbecue dishes, like sandwiches and smoked meats, for takeout or to eat at the market's communal seating area.

Spanish tapas restaurant Boqueria will open its first Brooklyn location at the food hall in early February, serving up small plates like datiles con beicon, patatas bravas and pulpo a la plancha.

Crabby Shack will mark the food hall's first pop-up counter, serving crab rolls, crab tacos, crab cake sliders and the "Clobster Roll" featuringhalf lobster and half crab.

Gotham Market at The Ashland will be open from 11 a.m. until late.

It’s just one of the latest food halls to open in the neighborhood, joining Downtown Brooklyn’s DeKalb Market Hall and the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s BLDG 77.
