
QUEENS — Police are looking for a man who they said robbed a woman at knifepoint in Rego Park last week, officials said.
The suspect approached the 63-year-old victim on the corner of 65th Avenue and 99th Street last Wednesday shortly after 8 p.m., police said.
He brandished a knife and then punched the woman in the face, before fleeing on foot towards 102nd Street with her purse containing her iPhone and credit card, police said.

The victim suffered from bruising to the face but refused medical attention at the scene, officials said.
Police described the suspect as approximately 5-foot-8, wearing a dark colored sweatshirt.
