LOWER EAST SIDE — A man masturbated on the F platform of the East Broadway station while leering at a female commuter the morning of Jan. 13, according to authorities.
The woman, 39, told police she was standing on the southbound F platform at 9:15 a.m. when she saw the man expose himself and masturbate while looking at her, according to a police report.
The suspect then fled from the platform and up a flight of stairs, police said.
The man is described as around 30-years-old with brown hair, standing at 5-foot-10 and weighing 185 pounds.
The case is currently being investigated by the NYPD's Special Victims Unit, police said, and no arrests have been made.
