THE BRONX — A 3-month-old West Farms girl who died Monday was killed with a blunt force blow to the head, officials said Thursday.

Sherlin Camacho was found having trouble breathing in her family's Honeywell Avenue home, near East 181st Street, about 10 a.m. Jan. 10, said an NYPD spokeswoman

She had a fractured spine, bruised femur, broken tibia and rib along with retinal damage, officials said.

She died Monday at Montefiore Medical Center and her death was ruled a homicide the following day, police said Thursday.

She was killed by a blunt force injury to her head, according to Julie Bolcer, spokeswoman for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

There were no arrests as of Thursday afternoon, police said.

Police and the Administration for Children's Services are both investigating Camacho's death, they said.

An NYPD spokeswoman initially said Sherlin was 2 months old, but officials on Friday said she was actually a month older when she died.
