SOHO — Two men snatched a New York court clerk's bag from her lap as they rode an uptown E train, police said.

The men grabbed the 56-year-old woman's bag — carrying $550, glasses worth $250 and her court clerk shield — before running out of the train at the Spring Street stop at about 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 9, according to authorities.

There were no arrests, and police were still investigating the incident.
