BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A new Asian fusion eatery will offer vegan sushi and ramen to healthy foodies on the Bedford-Stuyvesant and Bushwick border.

Buntopia, located at 994 Broadway between Willoughby and Vernon avenues, is slated to open by February, according to co-owner Sean Chen.

The fast-casual spot will give “healthy and vegan-influenced” options to the neighborhood, Chen said, with menu items like avocado and mango sushi rolls, soy nugget ramen, raw pressed juices and acai bowls.

The 1,000-square-foot space has room for 35 diners and will offer Wi-Fi. The owners plan on renovating a 500-square-foot backyard to open by the summer.

In addition to drinks like Rose Espresso and ginseng smoothies, customers can try dishes like kimchi, crab salad, scallion pancakes and a variety of burgers with pulled pork, mushroom, shrimp and more.

Buntopia will be open from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and the owners plan to extend its hours to serve breakfast starting at 8:30 a.m. in the near future.
