BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A man was robbed of his cash and cellphone by two suspects near Tompkins Avenue, officials said.

The duo approached the victim, 23, around Kosciuszko Street and Tompkins Avenue at 7 p.m. on Jan. 3, according to police.

One of the men pretended to have a gun by simulating a weapon with his hand in his pocket, then demanded money from the victim, police said.

The pair took the victim’s wallet, which had $120 in cash and credit cards, and his phone.

Police describe the suspects as being between 18 and 20 years old and last seen wearing dark clothing.

No injuries were reported.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
