UPPER EAST SIDE — A pair of thieves robbed a 21-year-old man at knifepoint on East 73rd Street near Lexington Avenue Friday, police said.

The victim was walking to a subway station from his apartment when two men approached him with a knife and demanded his wallet at about 3 a.m., according to authorities.

One of the men cut the back of the victim's jacket before taking his wallet — containing four credit cards, a MetroCard and $25 cash — and fleeing, police said.

The victim was not injured.

Police didn't have further information about the suspects, and said the investigation is ongoing.
