BROOKLYN — Police investigating a knife attack that left a man dead after a Williamsburg soccer game have made a second arrest.

Franklin Paredes, 22, was arrested on Wednesday at his workplace, United Kitchen and Ventilation in Maspeth, Queens, police said.

He was charged with attempted murder, assault and weapons charges for attacking Oscar Martinez, 29, and stabbing him in his face and body outside the Juan Morel Campos Secondary School at 215 Heyward St. on Dec. 10.

The stabbing followed what police called a boozy soccer game inside the school.

After teams left the school, members of two opposing squads from the North and Central Americans Soccer League started fighting outside, police said.

Martinez's older brother, Delvin Martinez, 31, was stabbed and killed during the fight.

On Dec. 22, police in North Carolina arrested a 27-year-old Eswin Gramajo on suspicion of the fatal stabbing, DNAinfo reported. He is currently being held in North Carolina on fugitive of justice charges and has a court date on Jan. 17.

Two workers at United Kitchen Ventilation declined to comment.

Paredes was hit with attempted murder, assault and weapons charges and a judge set his bail at $500,000. He's due back in court on Jan. 10.

Paredes' Brooklyn Defender attorney couldn't be reached immediately for comment.
