UPPER WEST SIDE — Two women were groped by the same man minutes apart on the 1 train, police said.
A 31-year-old woman was aboard a downtown 1 train on Dec. 7 around 9:20 a.m. when a man grabbed her butt before exiting at the 96th Street station, police said.
The man apparently boarded another downtown 1 train, because police said around 9:38 a.m. he grabbed a 19-year-old woman’s butt on the subway car before fleeing at the 72nd Street station.
The suspect is described as a man standing 6 feet tall, and 20 to 30 years old. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.
