LOWER MANHATTAN — A person had a leg caught between a subway platform and the train at the Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall station Wednesday evening, FDNY officials said.
FIrefighters were working to rescue the person, whose leg was trapped inside the 4/5/6 train station at about 6:40 p.m.
No further information about the victim was available, the FDNY said.
The MTA did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The agency's website said 6 train service resumed with delays in both directions by about 7:06 p.m. following an incident at the station.
