TRIBECA — Longtime TriBeCa restaurateur Matt Abramcyk is trying something new in a familiar space.

Abramcyk — who also owns TriBeCa's Smith & Mills and TINY's — is slated to open a not-yet-named restaurant at 109 W. Broadway, a spot previously home to his short-lived Latin restaurant Super Linda, which shuttered in 2013.

The two-level, 150-seat restaurant will offer two menus, one for each floor, according to the eatery's liquor license application.

The basement menu features heavier fare, like smoked meats, including a whole smoked chicken, while the upstairs offers more seafood, including a chilled half-lobster salad and mussels.

The restaurant is slated to open in the summer, Abramcyk told Community Board 1 at a recent TriBeCa committee meeting, where members gave support to eatery's liquor license bid.
