By Nicholas Rizzi | December 20, 2016 4:48pm

NEW SPRINGVILLE — A 73-year-old man had his nose broken during a fight with a driver who cut him off in the parking lot of the Staten Island Mall, prosecutors said.

The victim was driving in the lot on Sunday when David Jimenez, 38, cut him off at 9:55 a.m., prosecutors said.

The two got into an argument and Jimenez punched the man in the face, breaking his nose and cutting his lip, according to the criminal complaint.

Jimenez, of Sunset Park, was arrested and charged with assault and harassment, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said.

His bail was set at $2,500 and he's due back in court on Friday, according to online court records.

Jimenez's lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
