CHELSEA — A cabdriver called a man a "stupid f----t" after the would-be passenger tried to hail the taxi with his boyfriend, the NYPD said.

The victim, whose age wasn’t disclosed, was at the northeast corner of West 34th Street and 10th Avenue with his boyfriend around 6:50 p.m. on Dec. 11 when he tried to hail the cab, police said.

“I have my lights off, you stupid f----t,” said the cabbie as the pair approached the car, before driving north on 10th Avenue, the NYPD said.

The victim filed a report with the city’s Taxi & Limousine Commission, police said.

A TLC spokeswoman on Thursday confirmed that a complaint was filed and said the agency is in the process of investigating.
