UPPER WEST SIDE — Three weeks into the Gracious Home closeout sale, and there's still plenty of inventory left at the store's Upper East and Upper West Side outposts — with 25 percent off the already-reduced prices.

Employees at the upscale home goods store said the business is restructuring, so the stores are clearing out everything from paper towels to high-end air conditioners.

A manager at the Upper West Side store declined to comment Friday on the brand's future, but said the sale doesn't have a firm end date yet.

Upper East Side Shopper Anastasia Saltarelli, 32, walked out of the Third Avenue store Friday with a couple of bags in tow.

"I was expecting to do all of my Christmas shopping here, but there's been a run on everything," she said. "They didn't have basics, but I got candleholders and plates on sale."

Gracious Home has faced competition from brick-and-mortar stores like Bloomingdale's on the East Side and Lowe's on the West Side, as well as online retailers like Wayfair, CEO Dottie Mattison said in a Crain's New York interview last year. In 2010, the company filed for bankruptcy.

Upper East Side shopper Lilly Rukha, 43, made out with bags of sheets at the Third Avenue store Friday, but still paid a hefty price.

"[The prices are] still very high," she said. "I'm not rich-rich, more middle class, and this is just expensive, but I love their stuff."
