HUDSON YARDS — The developer behind the Hudson Yards has unveiled renderings of the 58-story commercial tower slated to rise at the northwest corner of West 33rd Street and 10th Avenue.

The Foster + Partners-designed building at 50 Hudson Yards will have outdoor terraces, bike storage and “private sky lobbies” for its tenants, Related Companies said in a release.

The tower will be anchored by global financial firm BlackRock, which plans to lease 850,000 square feet of space across 15 floors inside the high-rise, the release said.

“[BlackRock’s] decision to relocate after nearly three decades on and around Park Avenue is another strong vote of confidence in our collective vision for Manhattan’s West Side,” Related Companies CEO Jeff Blau said in a statement.

Construction at the site is expected to start next year, and the building will open in 2022, the release said.
