Woman Assaulted After Complaining About Bike Blocking Subway Door: NYPD

MIDTOWN — Two people assaulted a woman at Grand Central Terminal after she complained about their bicycle blocking a train door, police said.

The 45-year-old woman was annoyed by the obstruction while exiting onto the platform on Nov. 7 at about 10:24 a.m., according to the NYPD.

An argument ensued and the two suspects punched the woman in the face and hit her with a black cane, a police spokesman said.

The victim suffered a laceration to her forehead and was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.

Police are looking for a woman last seen wearing a black shirt and red pants and a man last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
