MIDTOWN — A pea coat-wearing Yankees fan robbed a Midtown bank of more than $1,000 on Saturday, according to a police report.

The NYPD is on the lookout for a woman who walked into a Chase Bank at 2 Park Ave. between East 33rd and East 34th streets at about 3 p.m. and handed a note to a teller demanding cash, according to a police report.

The woman managed to flee with $1,250 when the teller complied with her demands, police said.

A security image of the bandit shows her wearing a Yankees cap, black aviator shades, a black pea coat and earrings, and police described her as standing about 5-feet-4-inches tall and wearing white sneakers.

Anyone with information in regards to these incidents is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit tips on the website.
