TOMPKINSVILLE — A man exposed himself to a woman riding the Staten Island Railway, prosecutors said.

The woman was riding the train towards St. George on Nov. 29 when Luis Peche, 30, exposed himself while sitting next to her near the Tompkinsville stop at about 7:35 a.m., according to his criminal complaint.

Peche, of New Dorp, was arrested inside the St. George Ferry Terminal and charged with public lewdness at his arraignment, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said.

His bail was set at $2,500 and he was due back in court on Monday, according to online court records.

Peche's lawyer could not be reached for comment.
