MANHATTAN — A woman pushing a stroller was knocked down and her purse was stolen near Central Park on Wednesday afternoon, police and sources said.

The unidentified victim was knocked over by two 19-year-olds, John Torres and Pedro Castillo, and a 14-year-old girl, whose name wasn't released, at West 90th Street and Central Park West around 1:05 p.m., police and sources said.

The muggers grabbed her purse and fled, sources said.

Police caught Castillo and the girl, 14, near West Drive and 86th Street, an NYPD spokeswoman said Thursday morning.

Torres dashed into 222 W. 83rd St. where police caught him on the roof, police said.

The woman's belongings were found in a trash receptacle inside 50 W. 90th St., police said.

Torres, of East Harlem, was charged with robbery, criminal possession of stolen property and resisting arrest, police said.

Castillo, of Claremont Village, was charged robbery and criminal possession as well, police said.

The pair were also arrested on Sept. 9 for carrying marijuana in public, records show.

The 14-year-old was charged with robbery, police said.
