By Aidan Gardiner | November 28, 2016 10:58am

MANHATTAN — A woman was punched and kicked in Central Park by four teens who snatched her purse, iPhone, credit cards and $500, NYPD officials said.

The woman, whose name and age weren't immediately released, passed the teens on a bench as she walked along the 65th Street Transverse, near Center Drive, about 9:15 p.m. Sunday, police said.

They attacked her from behind, knocking her to the ground and punching and kicking her, police said.

She screamed as one of the suspects wrestled her bag away and they covered her mouth, police said.

The suspects, who are described as about 15 or 16, fled with her belongings and hadn't been arrested as of Monday morning, police said.

The woman suffered injuries to her left hand, mouth, left knee and head, police said. She was treated at the precinct, police said.
