Staten Island Man Shot Dead Outside His Home, Police Say

CLIFTON — A Staten Island man was found shot to death just outside his Clifton home late Saturday, police said.

Police responded to a 911 call near Young Street and Targee Street about 11 p.m. Saturday, where they found Peter Olivo, 58, laying on the ground near his home with multiple gunshot wounds to the body, the NYPD said.

He was rushed to Richmond University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, according to the NYPD.

There have been no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
