THE BRONX — Applications are now being accepted for apartments in a brand-new building located a block away from Bronx Park — with rents starting at $1,348.
The housing lottery for nine one- and two-bedroom apartments at 2346 Prospect Ave. opened this week, with applications due by Dec. 14, the city said.
Singles and households of two earning an annual income between $46,218 and $58,000 are eligible for one-bedrooms renting for $1,348 a month.
Two-bedrooms for $1,521 per month are open to two- to four-person households earning between $52,149 and $72,480 a year.
The apartments include hardwood floors, and the building features an elevator, laundry facility, surveillance cameras and an intercom system.
Half the affordable units will be set aside for residents of Bronx Community Board 6.
Stagg Group developed the building and has several other luxury residential buildings in the works, including The Equestrian aon Pelham Bay Parkway.
