LOWER EAST SIDE — A woman walking near P.S. 142 on Delancey Street on the morning of Nov. 10 saw a man fondling himself in front of the elementary school, police said.
The 36-year-old woman told police she was walking between Ridge and Attorney streets, past the gated playground of P.S. 142, at around 10:57 a.m. when she saw a man unzip his jeans and fondle himself, according to a police report.
The woman described the suspect as a man in his mid-30s or early 40s, standing at around 6 feet and weighing 220 pounds.
Representatives for P.S. 142 did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
