Police Search for 2 Suspects After Harlem Man Shot During Brawl

Police released images of two men wanted in conenction to a Harlem shooting. The shooter, right, is known by the nickname "Istlaccigua” and the other suspect, left, has been identified as 25-year-old Efrain Bolanos, police said.

HARLEM — A man is in stable condition after being shot following a brawl with four assailants, the NYPD said.

The 25-year-old West Harlem resident was standing in front of an apartment building at 476 W. 144 Street Monday around 1:15 a.m. when he got into a fight with four men, police said.

Following the altercation, one of the men pulled out a gun and shot the victim twice in the torso. Police did not say what sparked the altercation.

The victim was taken to Harlem Hospital, where he is expected to recover, police said.

Two of the four men were apprehended, but police are actively looking for the shooter and another assailant.

The shooter is known by the nickname "Istlaccigua” and the other suspect has been identified as 25-year-old Efrain Bolanos, police said.
