WILLIAMSBURG — Police have released video of the suspected gunman who shot three people outside a popular Manhattan Avenue music venue Sunday morning.
The gunman was wearing a red hoodie when he opened fire outside of Don Pedro, near Boerum Street, about 1:40 a.m., police said.
He shot 37-year-old Elisha Dowling in the leg, a 27-year-old man in the foot and ankle and a 25-year-old woman in her right thigh, the NYPD said.
The victims were taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.
Dowling, of Albany, was later charged with criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment after investigators determined he also had a gun and fired shots during the fracas, police said.
The video appears to show the man in the red sweatshirt walking away from the scene with a cigarette in his left hand.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
