BRONX — A man was shot in the leg in a fight for a parking spot in Concourse on Sunday night, police said.

The 44-year-old man was trying to park his car on Marcy Place near Walton Avenue at about 9:20 p.m., when a 20-something man with a tattoo of flames on his neck in a dark hooded sweatshirt and army jacket shot him in the leg, police said Tuesday.

The victim told police the gunman was angry over having lost the spot, officials said.

The suspect fled the street and has not yet been caught, police said.

The victim was transported to Lincoln Hospital in serious but stable condition, according to the FDNY and NYPD. Police released an image of the suspect Tuesday.
