GREENPOINT — A woman dressed in a bright red 1990s-era pantsuit, the style favored by Hillary Clinton when she was First Lady, turned up to a Greenpoint polling place Tuesday to vote for the Democrat.

Kate Dearing, 30, who's also a founder of National Pantsuit Day, wore the outfit to show her support for Clinton who could become the first woman elected president.

"They're pretty great, they feel pretty sensible," she said of her sartorial selection.

About Clinton, Dearing said she was "wonderfully qualified" and "a hard worker."

"I think she's ready to do the job," she said. "I'm ready to celebrate tonight."

Members of Dearing's pantsuit group stormed the Brooklyn Bridge last month to show their support for Clinton.
