By Nicholas Rizzi | November 7, 2016 2:55pm

WEST BRIGHTON — A man who broke into a Staten Island laundromat and stole the cash register has been arrested, prosecutors said.

Robert Felline, 37, got in through the back door of The Laundry Room at 443 Castleton Ave. at 9:30 p.m. on June 28 at 9:30 p.m. and took the register from store, according to his criminal complaint.

The register had $270 cash inside at the time, a law enforcement source said.

Police matched Felline's DNA from the scene and arrested him Nov. 2, according to his criminal complaint.

Felline, of New Springville, was charged with burglary, criminal mischief, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property at his arraignment, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said.

His bail was set at $75,000 and he's due back in court on Monday, according to online court records.

Felline was arrested three other times this year and charged with petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, burglary and criminal possession of a controlled substance, court records show.

His lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
