LOWER EAST SIDE – Drybar has expanded its Downtown presence with a new Ludlow Street salon.

The popular blowout-only salon on Friday premiered its 13th Manhattan location — and its first in the Lower East Side — at 179 Ludlow St. between Stanton and E. Houston Streets, according to an Instagram post.

The California-based salon is known for exclusively offering blowouts — all priced at $45 — and does not provide cuts or colors, though it does offer a handful of other pampering services, such as updos running at $90 and scalp massages during shampooing for an extra $10.

After multiple delays, the chain opened its first Brooklyn salon in October at 215 Pacific St. in Boerum Hill.
