UPPER WEST SIDE — This plan could go kaboom very quickly.
Hillary Clinton has scheduled a post-election fireworks show on the Hudson River Tuesday night, despite a recent ABC News/Washington Post poll suggesting she's trailing by a point to Republican challenger Donald Trump.
The display is set to begin at 11 p.m. and end around 12:30 a.m., according the Coast Guard which approved a permit for the celebration.
But the plan could easily blow up in her face if she is unable to secure 270 electoral votes.
Clinton, who just weeks ago held a 10-point lead, has seen that advantage evaporate after FBI Director James Comey announced on Friday that he was reopening an investigation into her use of a private email server.
