UPPER WEST SIDE — Comedian Amy Schumer has reportedly upgraded her neighborhood digs to a sprawling penthouse with Hudson River views.
Parents on their way to Hippo Playground and locals making a pit stop at City Diner may now bump into the actress, who purchased a five-bedroom duplex at 190 Riverside Dr. at West 91st Street for $12.5 million, according to The Real Deal.
The 4,500-square-foot penthouse sits atop a landmarked Beaux Arts building and is described in the listing as "like a Malibu beach house."
Floor-to-ceiling glass walls open onto a patio that overlooks Riverside Park and the Hudson River, and a band of skylights lets in even more light, according to a description by Spivak Architects, the firm commissioned to design the penthouse.
It also includes 2,000 square feet of uninterrupted living room space, a private elevator leading to the apartment and a private parking space, according to the firm and listing.
Previously, Schumer had been living in a condo at 129 W. 80th St. between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue, which is still on the market for $1.625 million.
Schumer's manager did not immediately respond to request for comment.
Brown Harris Stevens, the firm listing the apartment, declined to comment.
