HELL’S KITCHEN — A BMW driver knocked a man out and left him bleeding from the head on the street after an early-morning argument, the NYPD said.

The 22-year-old victim, from Manhattan, was arguing with the suspect at the corner of West 50th Street and 11th Avenue around 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 17 when the driver got out of his white BMW and hit the man in the back of the head with an unknown object, a witness told police.

After the attack, the driver got back into the car and drove off on West 49th Street toward the West Side Highway, the NYPD said.

The victim was found lying on his back unconscious, bleeding from the back of his head, police said.

He was taken to Bellevue Hospital to receive treatment for a serious head injury, but was breathing on his own and had stable vital signs, the NYPD said.

Police searched the area for the attacker but didn’t find him.

No one had been arrested in connection with the incident as of Monday.
