DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — The wait is finally over.

Austin-based theater chain Alamo Drafthouse raised the curtain on its new theater complex in the massive City Point complex Monday.

Despite initial delays, the seven-screen theater at 445 Albee Square West. held a soft opening Monday ahead of its official launch Friday, showing off its fully stocked bar — which comes complete  with a collection of creepy wax heads.

Take a tour of the new Alamo Drafthouse:

The swanky cinema has a total 796 seats and offers full meal service during each screening, with dishes like Ropa Vieja Beef Tacos and the Jerk Chicken Sandwich concocted by executive chef Fernando Marulanda.

Moviegoers can sip on drinks from one of the House of Wax bar's 48 draft lines that include 39 beers on tap, four draft wines, three draft cocktails, one draft cold brew coffee and one draft root beer. Another 15 signature cocktails are named after the lifelike figures encased within the bar's morbid wax figure "museum."

The dine-in experience is designed to be as quiet as possible, with customers writing down their orders on a menu card that a “stealth-trained” server picks up while silently crouching down in the aisle.

Alamo’s servers will time the taking of orders using the app RunPee, which shows users the best time to leave a movie if they don’t want to miss crucial plot twists or exciting moments.

The theater will enforce the chain’s strict no-talking, no-texting policy, and disruptive customers will get one warning before they’re kicked out with a full refund to come back for another show.

Alamo’s Brooklyn outpost will feature the chain’s wide range of specialty programming, including monthly series like slumber party favorites on "Girlie Night" and a low-budget movie night called "Video Vortex."

The theater will open with a series called “New in Town,” featuring movies like "The Muppets Take Manhattan," "Mean Girls," "Switchblade Sisters" and "Coming to America." The series will also include rarely screened 35mm prints like Dušan Makavejev's "The Coca-Cola Kid" and Roman Polanski's "The Tenant."

Future series will feature meal pairings with a special menu curated by Muralanda and creative manager Cristina Cacioppo. The theater’s rooftop deck will also be open for special events.

Regular admission costs $14.50 per ticket. For a list of movies now screening at Alamo Drafthouse, click here
