LOWER EAST SIDE — Two men smacked a slice of pizza out of a to-go diner's hands on Orchard Street before slashing him across the arm in the early morning hours of Oct. 16, police said.
The victim, a 22-year-old man, was walking near Rivington Street and eating a slice of pizza at around 4:13 a.m. when two men approached him and knocked his slice onto the ground, police said.
According to a police report, when the victim asked "What are you doing?" one of the men said "You ready to get poked over a slice of pizza?"
The assailants then slashed him with an unknown sharp object before fleeing in an unknown direction, leaving the victim with a deep cut in his left forearm, according to authorities.
