FINANCIAL DISTRICT — A woman was struck by an SUV in the Financial District Monday afternoon, fire officials and witnesses said.

A Lincoln Navigator hit the female pedestrian at Fulton and William streets just before 5 p.m., an FDNY spokesman and witness said.

She was taken to Bellevue Hospital with serious injuries.

Local worker Frank Nicastro, 33, said the woman appeared to have "blood on her pants," but was alert and talking after the collision.

The driver stayed at the scene after she was hit, Nicastro added.

The NYPD did not have any immediate information.
