By Gwynne Hogan | October 17, 2016 11:03am

WILLIAMSBURG — A teenager walking on Graham Avenue was attacked by a stranger who ran up behind him, punched him in the face and stabbed him in the stomach, police said.

"You remember me?" the knife-wielding attacker asked the 18-year-old before the assault, which took place near the corner of Grand Street and Graham Avenue at 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 9, police said.

The teen was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital in stable condition. He later told police he didn't recognize the man who had attacked him.

The suspect fled the scene on foot and was last seen wearing a dark sweatshirt with a Nike logo, black pants and black shoes, according to surveillance video released by police.

Anyone with information can call NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
