BROOKLYN — Police are asking for help finding a 13-year-old boy who's been missing for more than two weeks, after disappearing from a Gravesend middle school.

Jaden Cruz hasn't been seen since 9 a.m. on Sept. 26 when he was inside I.S. 281 on 24th Avenue, near Cropsey Avenue, the NYPD said.

His grandmother reported him missing but it wasn’t clear when, police said.

The Department of Education did not immediately respond to request for comment.

He’s described as 6-feet tall and 200 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a gray-hooded sweater, gray pants and red and black sneakers.

He lives in the nearby Marlboro Houses.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
