The 54th New York Film Festival is now entering its second week, but there's still time to catch one of the movies making their debut in the city this fall.

Here are some highlights of what's left to watch during the festival's final stretch at Lincoln Center.

'Graduation'

When: Wednesday, Oct. 12
Where: Alice Tully Hall, 1941 Broadway
Cost: $25

A psychological drama about the hopes that parents place on education, this Romanian film follows the story of a father whose dreams of sending his daughter to a British university are put on hold after she is assaulted.

'Elle'

When: Friday, Oct. 14 and Saturday, Oct. 15
Where: Alice Tully Hall, 1941 Broadway
Cost: $25

Well-known Dutch director Paul Verhoeven ("RoboCop" and "Basic Instinct") is back with a new film about a Parisian rape victim who, rather than succumbing to feelings of shame and fear, seeks revenge.

'The Dark Corner'

When: Saturday, Oct. 15
Where: Howard Gilman Theater, 144 W. 65th St.
Cost: $15

The NYFF is great at reminding film junkies to watch black-and-white movies other than "Casablanca" and "Citizen Kane." Often heralded as a classic film noir, "The Dark Corner" tells the story of a private detective wo needs his secretary's help clearing a murder accusation.

'Hamilton's America'

When: Saturday, Oct. 15 and Sunday, Oct. 16
Where: Walter Reade Theater, 165 W. 65th St.
Cost: $25

Ever wonder how a musical about history goes from an idea to, well, "Hamilton"? The PBS documentary is a behind-the-scenes look at what preceded Lin-Manuel Miranda's Broadway smash-hit as well as a deeper feature on the historical figure that inspired the musical.

'Hermia and Helena'

When: Sunday, Oct. 16
Where: Walter Reade Theater, 165 W. 65th St.
Cost: $20

Its name a nod to "A Midsummer Night's Dream," Argentine director Matías Piñeiro recreates the classic Shakespearean comedy in a New York setting — friends Carmen and Camila discover themselves through a series of unexpected encounters.

'A Quiet Passion'

When: Sunday, Oct. 16
Where: Francesca Beale Theater, 70 Lincoln Center Plaza
Cost: $20

This movie about Emily Dickinson — her writing career, loneliness and ultimate decision to become a recluse — stars former "Sex and the City" actor Cynthia Nixon.
