INWOOD — Grab some cachapas — and a voter registration form while you’re at it.

Mayor Bill de Blasio and the Urban Justice Center’s Street Vendor Project teamed up for #NoshTheVote Tuesday to reach out to the estimated 2 million eligible New Yorkers still not registered, the administration said in a statement.

The registration drive ran from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Patacon Pisao food truck in Inwood — as well as Sam’s Falafel in Lower Manhattan, Doris Yao in the East Village, Washington Square Park’s Thiru Kumar and Godshelter Oluwalogbon in the Upper East Side.

Jonathan Hernandez, co-founder of Patacon Pisao, said he was happy to participate in the #NoshTheVote project before this Friday's registration deadline.

He said he was enthusiastic to help reach out to the area's many immigrant families — "many of whom have recently become first-time citizens [and] are not registered to vote” — using registration paperwork that was available in both English and Spanish.

“We all know, with the upcoming presidential elections, the importance to get out there and vote. This project lets these first-time citizens know that it's not too late to register to vote in November, as well as offer them a landmark, such as our food truck, which serves many [families] in this part of the tri-state area as a point for information and registry.”

Hernandez said Patacon Pisao also sponsors other community outreach, such as the annual 34th Precinct's back-to-school festival and Free Arts NYC, which helps provide art classes to underserved kids.

A spokeswoman from the Mayor's office said that in addition to #NoshTheVote, the administration conducted a registration drive at churches, with other registrations planned through the deadline.
