SUNSET PARK — Saks Off 5th will open its first Brooklyn shop in Sunset Park this week, the store announced Monday.
The designer fashion outlet's new store will open Thursday, Oct. 13, at Liberty View Industrial Plaza, located at 850 Third Ave. in Brooklyn. The shop will open at 10 a.m. with hundreds of brands and discounts at up to 70 percent off.
Saks Off 5th's 31,000-square-foot location will appeal to "fashion-conscious Brooklyn shoppers" looking for "the 'thrill-of-the-hunt' experience," company president Jonathan Greller said in a statement.
“We are continuing to grow our presence in high-density areas, and provide customers with a great mix of emerging designer labels and well-known luxury brands,” he said.
From Oct. 13 to 16, some among the first 50 shoppers each day could receive a "golden ticket" that can be exchanged for a $100 Saks Off 5th gift card.
Saks Off 5th will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
