WILLIAMSBURG — Score a one-bedroom in a brand new apartment building near the L and G trains with a rooftop terrace and rear yard for as little $532.

The city's Affordable Housing Lottery has 41 subsidized apartments for families with up to four members up for grabs at 410 Manhattan Ave

Applications are due by Dec. 8.

The building, constructed by affordable housing developer Dunn Development Corp. using state and city subsidies, boasts a community room, bike storage, a landscaped rooftop area and a backyard with a playground.

The six-story building is located on the corner of Meeker and Manhattan avenues and is a short walk from the Graham Avenue and Lorimer Street L train stops and the G at Metropolitan Avenue.

Four studios in the building will rent at $788 and $1082 a month for single people earning between $28,355 and $50,800 a year.

There are eight one-bedroom apartments renting for $532, $690 and $1,162 a month for singles and couples earning between $25,400 and $58,000.

Then there are 27 two-bedroom apartments for two- to four-person households. The monthly rent is set at four different rates for a range of income brackets: $647, $836, $1,025 and $1,403.

Eligible households must earn somewhere between $23,589 and $72,480 to qualify.
