BEDFORD-STUYVESANT —  A woman was found dead inside a Bedford-Stuyvesant brownstone late Friday, police said.

The decomposed body of the unidentified 26-year-old was discovered inside an unlocked room on the third floor of 511A Monroe St. near Lewis Avenue around 11:55 p.m., according to officials.

Police at the 81st Precinct received an anonymous call about the body, an NYPD spokesman said. It was unclear how long the body had been left in the apartment.

Drug paraphernalia was found near the woman, according to police, but a cause of death had not been determined as of Monday and no arrests had been made.

The Medical Examiner’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
