CHELSEA — His luck ran out.

A hustler with a crack pipe was arrested for blocking the sidewalk while dealing a game of three-card Monte, police said.

The 57-year-old man was doing the classic con in front of the nightclub No. 8 at 357 W. 16th St., between Eighth and Ninth avenues, around 1:15 a.m. Sunday when a police officer noticed he was blocking pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk, the NYPD said.

When the officer searched the man, he discovered a crack pipe and an unspecified amount of drugs on him, police said.

He was arrested at the scene, the NYPD said.
