HELL’S KITCHEN — A shuttered food kiosk inside a public plaza on Ninth Avenue has reopened for business, dishing up Asian and Mexican-inspired street food.

The newly renovated kiosk — now known as RoundHouse — serves everything from banh mi-inspired burritos and poké to pork tacos with Korean chili paste from its corner location in Balsley Park, at West 57th Street and Ninth Avenue.

Emanuel Kaliontzakis, who owns nearby tapas bar Kilo, and Kilo chef Joel Jester are running the eatery, the operators said.

When The Sheffield — the luxury apartment complex that currently owns Balsley Park — applied for a permit to reopen the kiosk, neighbors complained the pigeon-plagued park had fallen into disrepair under the building’s ownership.

The park’s architect Thomas Balsley said that reopening the kiosk, which had been closed since 2013, was an integral part of restoring the park to its former glory.

RoundHouse, which has outdoor seating, will be open from 11 a.m. until the park closes each day, and is offering both takeout and delivery, its operators said.

The eatery's burritos cost $10, its tacos are $4 and pork ribs and bowls are $11 each, a menu said.
