QUEENS — A man was shot in the chest and left in critical condition in Jamaica Friday morning, police said.

The man, 25, was shot near Sutphin Boulevard and 106th Avenue about 2 a.m., an NYPD spokesman said.

He was treated for a gunshot wound to the chest at Jamaica Hospital, where he's listed in critical condition, the spokesman said.

The shooter, dressed in black pants and a black T-shirt, fled the scene and wasn't immediately arrested, police said.
