HARLEM — A man has been arrested in connection with a 2011 Harlem shooting which left a man dead and another wounded, police said.
Carl Moore, 25, from The Bronx, was arrested and charged Wednesday with second-degree murder for the killing of Kwabena Poku, 23, from 135 W. 123rd St., who was shot twice in the torso in front of his home on June 16, 2011, police said.
Another man, 48, was shot in the leg during the shooting but survived, police said.
