UPPER EAST SIDE — A burglar made off with $21,000 in jewelry and electronics from an East 63rd Street apartment while the owner was away at work Wednesday, according to the NYPD.

A 26-year-old woman returned to her apartment near First Avenue to discover two rings, one watch, six earrings, six bracelets, a jewelry case, a Tory Burch clutch bag, a Louis Vuitton bag, an Apple laptop, a Macbook Pro, a Canon Camera and an unknown amount of cash missing from her home.

It was not immediately whether there were signs of forced entry, but police said they believe the thief got in through the front door.

The burglary happened some time between 10:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., while the victim was at work, according to police.

Other notable crimes in this week’s blotter from the 19th Precinct include:

► Two Harlem men were arrested after police caught them with two others trying to steal a bike outside of 205 E. 85th St. on Thursday at 4:30 a.m. Police found a pair of bolt cutters, a knife and a fake Airsoft pistol at the scene, they said. The other two suspects fled and are still at large.

► A Long Island woman snatched $2,745 worth of lingerie and clothing from Agent Provocateur, at 675 Madison Ave. The items she stole included a pair of pants worth $844, two bras each worth $505 and $675, a $335 thong and suspenders worth $385. Store employees caught the thief just outside the store, and she was arrested inside, police said.

Four shoplifters were caught and arrested this week between Sunday and Thursday trying to swipe $6,994 worth of merchandise total from Bloomingdale's at 1000 Third Ave. Items thieves tried to walk out with included: shoes, jackets, clothing, and other items, police said. The incidents were not connected, police said.

► A 92-year-old Upper East Side woman was scammed out of $10,000 after someone called her and told her she won the lottery. The thief requested "fees" and "taxes" through a Western Union Moneygram, police said.

► A 27-year-old woman from East Harlem was scammed by a woman who told her she needed help clearing her "evil spirits" while she was standing at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue. Over the course of a couple of weeks, from June 24 to July 8, the woman gave her $10,100 in total, police said.
