BROOKLYN — A man was gunned down and killed in Bedford-Stuyvesant during a fight Monday night, police said.
The 20-year-old man, whose name wasn't immediately released, was fighting with a group outside 452 Gates Ave., near Nostrand Avenue, about 10:15 p.m. when he was knocked to the ground, an NYPD spokesman said.
The victim stood up and was stumbling when one of the suspects shot him in the chest, the spokesman said.
He was pronounced dead at Woodhull Medical Center, police said.
Investigators are reviewing video of the scene in an attempt to get a clear picture of the shooter, an NYPD spokesman said.
