Apply for a $1,158 Studio in a Brand New Astoria Building

ASTORIA —  The housing lottery is now open for six affordable apartments available in a new Astoria building, where rents will start at $1,158 a month for a studio.

The units are located at 28-22 Astoria Blvd. and 29th Street, in a new building featuring rooftop access, bike storage and parking, according to NYC Housing Connect.

The property is one of several new construction projects built along Astoria Boulevard over the last few years.

The affordable apartments include three studios for $1,158 a month for single applicants who make between $39,703 and $50,800 a year.

There are also three one-bedrooms going for $1,330 a month, available for people earning from $45,600 to $50,800, or for two-person households making between $45,600 and $58,000 a year.

Eligible residents have until Oct. 3 to apply.
